Position: Senior Web Analyst
Location: Remote (Must be local to Texas)

About the Role:
Equinix, a global leader in digital infrastructure, is seeking a Senior Web Analyst to drive growth on Equinix.com by optimizing web performance and increasing marketing qualified leads. This individual will be an integral part of a cross-functional digital team working on global web strategies across nine localized site versions. The role reports to the Director of Web Strategy within the Digital Marketing and Demand Generation department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analytics strategy for Equinix.com, including full-funnel performance tracking and landing page optimization.
- Drive actionable insights to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
- Develop and manage web analytics frameworks and implement tracking mechanisms across the site.
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics (GA/G4), Google Tag Manager, SQL, Tableau, and Adobe Target for data analysis and experimentation.
- Partner cross-functionally with teams across Web, Paid Media, Demand Operations, and Brand Strategy.
- Generate regional recommendations for a multilingual website (localized in 9 languages).
- Champion a test-and-learn culture by identifying opportunities for A/B testing and personalization.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in data/analytics roles (excluding internships), with a focus on B2B lead generation.
- Expertise in full-funnel analytics, conversion attribution, and performance optimization.
- Proficient in GA4, GTM, Tableau, SQL, and Adobe Target (or equivalent tools).
- Strong communication skills; capable of translating complex data into strategic insights.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to turn analysis into action.
- Curious and driven asks "why" and digs deep to uncover impactful insights
