Job Description:

Pay Range: $30.26hr - $35.26hr

Responsibilities:

  • Candidateage door-to-door operational management for client inter-region transport lanes, ensuring consistent product availability and the highest levels of customer experience.
  • Lead process improvement projects using methodologies like Six Sigma, FPX, etc., to drive reliability and cost efficiencies for inter-regional transport moves.
  • Present performance metrics and project updates to various levels of management.
  • Coordinate, track, and manage exceptions for segment inter-region transportation lanes.
  • Lead or participate in vendor management meetings and manage day-to-day tactical relationships with vendors.
  • Coordinate and manage freight on inter-regional lanes in partnership with distribution centers and manufacturing facilities.
  • Ensure transport operations comply with quality frameworks in collaboration with the Deliver Quality team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sites and logistics providers to address issues impacting shipment flows.
  • Perform ad-hoc operational analytics to improve business efficiencies.
  • Support global bid operations for inter-region transport moves, including requirement gathering, baseline validation, and implementation.
  • Provide support for critical event management in other geographical regions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for launches, projects, continuous improvement programs, and customer service initiatives.
  • Support tenders led by sourcing partners.
  • Manage service issues and drive timely resolutions.
  • Implement new lanes and manage changes in existing routes following standard procedures.
  • CollaboXX across the supply chain and build strong external partnerships.
  • Empower team members to act with speed, agility, and accountability.
  • Challenge the status quo, lead and adapt to change.
  • Foster transparent, constructive communication to support high-performing teams.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree with 2 4 years of experience.
  • Previous experience or internship in Planning, Distribution, Candidateufacturing, Transportation, Logistics, Customer Service, or Supply Chain Operations.
  • Technical skills and sound judgment to assess risks and resolve issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, GNATT charts, RACI, Lessons Learned, and FMEA.
  • Ability to interpret analytics using tools like Alteryx and Tableau.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge norms while promoting collaboration and inclusion.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and across different cultures.
  • Experience in international operations or transportation is required.
Should Have:
  • Experience or training in Six Sigma or Process Excellence tools and methodologies.
