Exposure to domains such as Real Estate, Healthcare, Higher Education, or Manufacturing.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a TRIRIGA Corporate Applications Analyst to support and enhance our Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) built on IBM TRIRIGA. The role involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing TRIRIGA modules to streamline corporate real estate, facilities, space planning, and asset management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in integrations, APIs, and TRIRIGA system administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support IBM TRIRIGA applications across corporate functions including space management, lease administration, maintenance, and capital projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into TRIRIGA configurations or enhancements.
Develop and maintain workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards within TRIRIGA.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IBM support or internal IT for resolutions.
Ensure system performance, data integrity, and compliance through proactive monitoring.
Provide end-user training and documentation to promote adoption and efficient use of TRIRIGA.
Participate in upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
Support integration of TRIRIGA with enterprise systems (e.g., HR, ERP, Finance) via APIs or middleware.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA in an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of IWMS concepts and TRIRIGA modules (Real Estate, Facilities, Operations).
Proficiency in TRIRIGA configurations, workflows, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
