Senior Business Analysts

Senior Business Analysts for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Develop and design programs, solutions, scripts, reports, project-level roadmap, workflows, and functional and technical business requirements. Conduct FSD walk-through and sign-off. Identify product development opportunities and models, confer with developers and QA, define testing requirements, align with business requirements and PM resources, operate within governance structure, escalate risks, review and document product and design specifications, work with data sources, validate and review data from acquisition to reporting, confer with stakeholders during UAT. Troubleshoot, satisfy client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate test plans. Use Oracle, SQL, SQL Server, SQL Developer, Process Reengineering methodologies, Agile, Asp.Net, .Net, JIRA, ETL, SharePoint, Excel. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience developing scripts, reports, workflows, models; reviewing requirements; working with data; performing UAT; troubleshooting; using SQL, SQL Server, Agile, Asp.Net, .Net, ETL, Excel. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted.
