Essential Functions:
- We are looking for an ITAM architect for a 6-month period at 1/2 time. The candidate must have experience with HAMPro, and a CIS-HAM certification is highly desirable.
Here's an overview of the project:
- Cask will implement ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) and provide advisory guidance and oversight for data cleanup and third-party integrations work, which HCL, a Managed Service Partner, will complete.
- This effort continues the HAM Pro Discover & Design engagement in which Cask captured business requirements and completed design stories in preparation for this engagement.
- Completing this engagement will enable BD to more accurately maintain and provide hardware lifecycle asset management across its organization for infrastructure and end-user computing assets.
- After this engagement, BD can expect the following business outcomes:
- Improved Asset Visibility
- Streamlined and automated Asset Lifecycle Management workflows
- IT Spend Cost Optimization
- Enhanced compliance and Risk posture
Architect Role:
- Identify functional and technical requirements.
- Refine and size user stories.
- Manage daily sprint standups.
- Demo our product at the end of each sprint.
- Manages internal unit testing prior to BD UAT.
- Prepare BD to go live by reviewing the checklist and associated activities.
- Leads knowledge transfer activities between Cask and BD.
