Responsibilities:

• Constructing and implementing robust automated test suites.

• Integrating automated test suites seamlessly with current build and deployment processes.

• Ensuring maintenance of automated tests to adapt to changes in system design and architecture.

• Seamlessly integrating Automation framework with existing tools like JIRA.

• Creating, managing, and leveraging defect workflows alongside automated test execution.

• Designing and publishing meaningful metrics to support the creation and execution of automated tests.

• Building and implementing performance test suites.

• Conducting various types of testing including Functional, API, Automation, Performance, and Load.

Qualifications:

• Over 7 years of experience in QA engineering delivery.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working within Agile SDLC/teams, ideally with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD).

• Proficient in Java programming with a focus on Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and design patterns, ideally within a CICD environment.

• Familiarity with Java microservices, REST APIs, and exposure to React front-end development.

• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.

• Familiarity with technologies including Java, JavaScript, IntelliJ/Eclipse.

• Experience with CICD tools such as Maven, Sonar, Git, TeamCity/Jenkins, Docker.

• Preferred exposure to banking and/or finance environments.

• Proficiency in testing tools like JUnit, WebdriverIO, Protractor, JMeter, or similar.
