Job Details

  • This individual in this position works in DMAS Project Management Office as a Project Manager. The position will be responsible for providing project management support, specifically agile, for the TPL case management system and/or multiple PMO initiatives.
Duties
  • Manage Full Project Lifecycle Planning, Execution & Controlling, Reporting, Closeout for Information Technology (IT) projects and Business projects.
  • Manage Project Schedules and Budgets based on executive management and business Subject Matter Expert (SME) input.
  • Manage Stakeholder Communications and Expectations, including incorporating changes in direction by executive and senior management.
  • Create presentations, dashboards, workflows and user stories as needed.
  • Manage vendors and deliverables, including escalating project issues.
  • Manage and/or perform requirement development. Execute testing of requirements as needed.
  • Manage project risks and issues; keep management informed as necessary.
  • Active PMP cert is required. Pls attach a copy in Vector or your candidate will not be considered.
Skills Required:
  • Experience managing stakeholders and leading project teams Required 5 Years
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in using MS project Required 5 Years
  • Advanced knowledge of using PowerPoint and Excel to analyze data and produce dashboards Required 8 Years
  • Experience in leading Waterfall and Agile projects Required 5 Years
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Visio or workflow software Required 2 Years
  • Active PMP certification Required
  • Experience of working in the Medicaid or Managed Care Organizations Highly desired
