Job Description
Role Summary:
Provides technical assistance in all aspects of the setup, de-prep and testing of development engines.
Essential Responsibilities:
In addition, you will:
- Interface with external organizations & internal supporting functions; coordinates the efforts of project team members in order to accomplish overall goals
- Act as a project leader on specific tasks within the Development Engine Test
- Facilitate interaction of staff members with each other and external organizations
- Periodically prepare and implement supporting work plans
- Coordinate, direct, and coach the activities of project team members
- Assist the staff contributor or manager in planning work activity for the organization
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Associate's degree in an applicable technical discipline from an accredited school or institution {i.e. Aviation Maintenance, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Technology, Chemical Technology, etc.} (Or a high school diploma / GED with two years of work experience in a manufacturing or testing environment)
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Desired Characteristics:

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective problem identification and solution skills
- Demonstrated initiative
- Demonstrated success in a cross-functional team environment
- Experience working in a jet engine testing environment
