Company Overview: Join one of our medical device clients as an AI Solutions Architect to help drive the effectiveness of their automation initiatives within the AI agent space.

Position Overview: This role involves evaluating and enhancing the end-to-end flow of AI-driven processes to ensure they are not only technically sound but also meaningfully automated. The ideal candidate will assess whether the right tools and models are being used, and whether those models are integrated in ways that truly reduce manual effort and increase efficiency. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand how AI agents operate within various workflows, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and provide actionable guidance to improve performance. This person will serve as a thought partner and technical advisor, helping teams align their automation strategies with business goals while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and enhance end-to-end AI-driven processes to ensure technical soundness and meaningful automation
  • Assess the appropriateness of tools and models being used and their integration to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand AI agent operations within various workflows
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in AI-driven processes
  • Provide actionable guidance to improve performance of AI automation initiatives
  • Serve as a thought partner and technical advisor to align automation strategies with business goals
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and deliver measurable impact

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience within AI/ML systems, automation engineering, or solutions architecture with a strong track record of integrating machine learning models or AI agents into production workflows
  • Proven ability to leverage AI development tools like Copilot, supported by a strong understanding of Microsoft platforms and technologies
  • Hands-on experience with Python and Power Automate
  • Experience with AI Visual tools, including data to visualization and visualization to data
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite of Products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Co-pilot tools
  • Project Management experience
  • Journey Mapping modeling experience
  • Process mapping experience
