Role Name: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer
Location: Alpharetta, GA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 8 12 years of experience in Customer Engagement implementations, preferably within the Banking and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in D365 Sales, Service, Dataverse, Power Apps, and strong experience in integration, data migration, and solution delivery using Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and conduct workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Drive solution design, documentation, and approval of functional and integration requirements.
  • Develop custom components using Plugins, Workflows, Form Scripting, and manage CRM administration tasks.
  • Lead and support integrations using MuleSoft, REST/ODATA APIs, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory.
  • Manage data migration activities: mapping, validation, harmonization, and transformation.
  • Author User Stories, define and prioritize backlog, and participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, story grooming, demos).
  • Create diagrams (UML, Sequence, Use Case) and flows using tools like Visio.
  • Perform system and user acceptance testing to ensure functional alignment with business goals.
  • Stay updated with D365 and Power Platform updates and help onboard users to new capabilities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Sales, Service, Dataverse, Power Apps
  • Knowledge of Banking and Financial Services domain processes
  • Middleware integration experience using MuleSoft, REST APIs, ODATA, SSIS
  • Solid understanding of data migration tools including Azure Data Factory and OOB import processes
  • Experience with CRM configuration rules, validation logic, and DevOps practices
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
