RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client located in Beaverton, OR that is looking to bring on an Operations Analyst who will act as the End-to-End subject matter expert.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting customization supply chain, reporting to the Operations & Performance Management Senior Manager
* Leading and improving operational work which includes, launches & product drops
* Working with our teams and external partners to improve speed, cost and manufacturing capacity
* Obsess about on time shipment and on time consumer deliveries, analyze data and resolve benchmark misses to elevate E2E performance
* Acting as the liaison between business, technology and our factory partners
* Driving business success with an emphasis on operational excellence to deliver a premium digital experience to our consumers
* Defining best practices using a data-based approach
* Presenting data-based impact assessments with possible trade off scenarios to Senior Leadership
* Ensuring strategy adoption within our current customization framework
REQUIREMENTS:
* Project management experience
* SAP knowledge
* Purchase management experience
* Analytical skills
* Collaborative work (as they will have to prepare a proposal and gather feedback in a timely manner)
* Able to motivate other people
* Understand other cultural references
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
Huge plus:
* Retail, apparel, footwear industry experience
* Comes from competitor industry or automotive industry
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
