Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT Deployment Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting laptops and workstations for end users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with imaging, hardware setup, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy and configure laptops, desktops, and workstations for new hires and existing employees.
  • Perform system imaging and ensure devices meet company security and compliance standards.
  • Install and configure operating systems, applications, and required updates.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during deployment and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and update deployment records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to end users, ensuring minimal downtime and a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with IT support teams to streamline deployment processes and improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or deployment roles.
  • Proven experience with laptop and workstation imaging (e.g., SCCM, MDT, or similar tools).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint management tools.
  • Familiarity with MacOS deployment and imaging.
  • IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
