Manager, Software Engineering
The Manager, Software Engineering will lead a group of developers and coordinate all development and production activities for custom applications and/or integration solutions. The manager will also contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of solutions, and will be accountable for the successful delivery of their team's projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years management or team lead experience.
- 5+ years prior application development experience with the Microsoft stack.
- Experience with the Agile methodology and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Azure-based solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to influence and advocate change.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Dynamics 365.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree or higher required.
- Computer Science or related degree preferred.
