Published Description

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks using Selenium or similar software tools.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python and/or C## for scripting and test automation.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze test requirements and design effective automation strategies.
  • Experience creating and maintaining automated test suites for UI, API, and regression testing.
  • Familiarity with test planning, script execution, and defect lifecycle management using Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid SDLCs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with mocking and stubbing techniques for isolated testing.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and Dev/Sec/Ops (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Exposure to financial services platforms or commercial lending systems.
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., qTest, JIRA, TestRail).
  • Understanding of data-driven testing and reporting validation through automation.
  • Certification ISTQB or similar such as: Certified Tester, Agile Tester or Performance Tester.
