Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate BAU and project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements
- Assign resources to projects/tasks based on skills/availability and assist with schedule management
- Prepare contract deliverables including test plans and security assessments.
- Report project status and maintain updates to the project schedule
- Serve as a point of contact for internal team and help with process, scheduling and issue resolution.
- Supporting OpenText Tools OBM, SiteScope, APM
- Supporting AppDynamics, Splunk Olly, ServiceNow Event Management
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ Years Experience with OpenText OBM, APM, SiteScope
- 5+ Years Experience with AppDynamics and ServiceNow Event Management
- Project Management or Technical Lead experience.
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL.
- Effective communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint.
- Experience analyzing data and data relationships across business areas.
Nice-to-haves
- Agile or Scrum Master Certification.
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Developer certification.
- Containerization platforms such as PCF, K8S
