Compensation:
Pay Range: $91000K-$130000K
Description:
* Support customer experience solutions with a focus on utilities industry requirements.
* Design and implement solutions to meet specific utility industry needs.
* Analyze business processes, configure modules, and develop enhancements.
* Integrate with other systems and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
* Perform functional reviews, technical designs, and solution reviews.
* Possess technical knowledge and experience in service-oriented architecture.
* Experience with customer relationship management and service management is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support and maintenance for solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into specifications.
* Configure utility modules according to business needs.
* Develop custom enhancements and functionalities using programming languages.
* Integrate solutions with other systems and ensure seamless data flow.
* Conduct testing to ensure quality and reliability of developed solutions.
* Prepare technical documentation and provide training to end-users and support teams.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
* 5 to 6 years of experience in implementation or support projects.
* Functional knowledge of utility industry processes.
* Expertise in programming and data migration tools.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Understanding of integration techniques and experience with system integration.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
