Job Skills:
Experience in software engineering with a focus on cloud-native applications.
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, including contact flows, routing profiles, and integrations. Proficiency in Node.js and experience building RESTful APIs.
Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM
