Position Title: Machine Learning / AI Data Engineer (W2 Contract-to-Hire - 100% Remote)
Contract Length: 12 months

Position Summary:
Seeking a Machine Learning / AI Data Engineer to design, develop, and implement data solutions that inform decision-making across the business. This role will be instrumental in creating predictive outcomes using historical and real-time data from Salesforce. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure high-quality, accessible data to support advanced machine learning and AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a data warehouse integrated with Salesforce data
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for data transformation and preservation
Design and deploy machine learning solutions to predict business outcomes from Salesforce data
Collaborate with leadership to align machine learning initiatives with strategic goals
Apply best practices in data governance and warehousing
Monitor and manage ML engine performance (accuracy, agility, responsiveness)
Integrate ML outputs back into Salesforce to improve operational workflows
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Strong professional experience applying machine learning and AI in a business setting
Deep experience with Snowflake
Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and modern data architectures
Demonstrated ability to design and deploy ML tools end-to-end
Knowledge of data warehousing best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in an agile environment
