Job Details
Job Title: Technical Writer
Duration: 12-24 Months
Location: Stamford, CT - (2 or 3 times in a month from office)
Pay Range: $50-$70/hr
Day to Day:
- Documentation of data then connecting and organizing it
- Using a SharePoint, Jira, wiki, or any type of tool
- Reference cases for documentation
- Sit in on meetings with Network Infrastructure Engineers summarizing conversations, creating new diagrams, collaborating with the engineers
- Write workflows and SOPs (operating procedures, manuals, etc.)
- Create the deliverables of diagrams, information, and coordinating/organizing data
- Putting operating procedures/manuals in place to be used over time
Must Haves:
- 6+ years as a technical writer
- Network Experience
- Proficiency in creating/refreshing network diagrams, SOPs, and workflows
- Organizing and translating data with network engineers
