Job Description: 
The Sr, Scrum Masters job is to deliver maximum value to the customer and guides multiple agile teams, ensuring effective delivery, coaching on Scrum principles, and fostering continuous improvement. They act as a servant leader, removing impediments, facilitating ceremonies, and partnering with Product Owners to balance priorities and quality. Scrum Master also handle traditional project management duties including: scope definition, staffing, communication of status to clients and partners, budget oversight and risk/issue management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, PI
Planning and Retrospectives.
 Guide and coach the team on Agile/SAFe/Scrum best practices and principles.
 Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure sprint goals align with
system requirements.
 Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
 Identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating when necessary.
 Monitor sprint progress and performance using agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown
charts).
 Ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
 transparency, and continuous improvement.
 Extract and document requirements. Author user stories and acceptance criteria.
 Ensure team members understand processes and support the team in following them.
 Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team.
Collaborate with the team in scheduling work, including defect remediation and
refactoring, guarding against the accumulation of technical debt.
 Work with the technical team and product owner balancing the interests of both when
issues arise.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree - information technology or business or related field
Exceptional people skills. Comfortable working with a diverse group of people and
serve as arbitrator when conflicts arise.
Understanding of financial controls needed in project management and consulting
work
Practical understanding of how to scope and estimate work.
Well versed in Application Management Process
JIRA deployment skills
Release Planning and Management including Forecasting future releases;
End-to-End Delivery Management: Coordinate requirements gathering, Delivery
Management, Escalation Management, Promote a culture of accountability,

EXPERIENCE:
 8+ years of Experience in Project Management and/or serving as Scrum Master
 Management of more than one significant project at a time
 Knowledge of SAFE Agile is required
 Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) or equivalent certification
