scripting (JavaScript

and module configuration
particularly within ITSM (Incident
Change
Problem
Request
Knowledge)
SAM (software discovery
license compliance
entitlements)
and HAM (asset lifecycle
procurement
stockroom management). They should be skilled in developing workflows
Flow Designer
UI policies
and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with CMDB
SLA management
service catalog
and performance dashboards is essential
along with knowledge of ACLs
role-based access
and data governance. The developer should also be comfortable working in Agile environments
supporting UAT and production releases
and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Relevant certifications like ServiceNow Admin
Application Developer
or Implementation Specialist in ITSM/SAM/HAM are a plus.
