Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Silent 8 and CNB Migration initiatives. This is a business-focused role, not a technical BSA position. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to analyze, document, and optimize business processes.
Develop Business Process Flows and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Act as a liaison between business teams and project stakeholders.
Contribute to strategic discussions and provide insights to support decision-making.
Drive initiatives proactively anticipate needs, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
Communicate effectively across all levels, from executive leadership to delivery teams.
Must Haves:
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Proven experience creating Business Process Flows.
Strategic thinking and proactive approach.
Strong communication skills.
Nice to Haves:
AML experience.
Familiarity with Silent 8 or similar compliance tools.
