Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Unity CDP Architect to lead the strategy, design, and implementation of a B2B Customer & Account 360 initiative, establishing a unified single source of truth across the enterprise. This role will own end-to-end architecture, proof of concepts (PoCs), and stakeholder alignment to enable impactful use cases across Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Customer Success functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Customer & Account 360 and Golden Record strategy leveraging Oracle Unity.
- Architect end-to-end Oracle Unity CDP solutions, including data modeling, ingestion (batch and real-time), identity resolution, unification, segmentation, and activation.
- Lead greenfield implementations and PoCs from concept through adoption, demonstrating measurable business value.
- Integrate Oracle Unity with CRM, Marketing Automation (MAP), Billing, Support, Product Telemetry, and Partner ecosystems.
- Establish and enforce data governance, data quality, and privacy compliance standards.
- Manage and align senior stakeholders across IT, Data, Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Partner teams through structured and transparent communication.
- Provide technical leadership to implementation teams, reviewing solution designs and ensuring delivery excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Unity CDP in large-scale B2B environments.
- Proven success driving Customer 360 or Single Source of Truth programs from inception to production.
- Deep understanding of B2B data hierarchies, including accounts, contacts, partners, and subscriptions.
- Demonstrated ability to design and operationalize PoCs into scalable enterprise programs.
- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills with an executive presence.
