Title: Organizational Change Management Lead
Location: Remote

Summary:
The Organizational Change Management Lead is responsible for participating in the support of the processes, tools, and methodologies to drive consistent IT Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and governance excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the delivery of effective change management, which includes the development, tailoring, and application of a structured methodology and strategy based on situational awareness targeted at groups being impacted by the change(s).
  • Create process models, specifications, narratives, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to the program team.
  • Direct the creation and development of implementation readiness materials.
  • Act as a coach for business process owners in helping fulfill the role of change sponsor.
  • The Organizational Change Management Lead will also support the ITAM Program in integrating change management activities into project plans and coaching change management staff on effectively executing those activities.
  • Deliver internal change management activities to ensure ongoing stakeholder and user engagement, as well as articulate the ways in which changes will affect the users on a day-to-day basis. Identify project stakeholders, stakeholder characteristics, and associated change impacts.
  • The Organizational Change Management Lead will ensure that each business technology group is sufficiently prepared for the impact of the ITAM Program and integrations at Go-live, and design and deliver appropriate change impact assessment work.
  • Track and report issues and risks.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and tactics.
  • Create regular updates which highlight milestones and provide opportunities for celebrations of success.
  • Document the existing processes and changes to the processes
  • Contribute to the program and project planning with change management related activities
  • Perform the impact analysis from a change management perspective
  • Perform change management activities like stakeholder mapping and analysis, communication planning and execution, training plan creation and execution.
  • Define and execute a resistance manage plan
  • Develop training approach including logistics, curriculum (based on existing materials), and user population
  • Must be able to operate strategically as well as tactically and be willing to roll-up sleeves as needed
  • Willing to utilize OCM tools in place and help to improve them throughout the course of the projects
  • Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • Strong communications both written and verbal
  • 5 years of relevant experience leading project change management activities and standard change management methodologies
  • Ability to support any aspect of the change initiative if needed (need assessment, communication, stakeholder analysis, training development & coordination, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience with core change management tools including stakeholder assessment, readiness assessment, change impact analysis, job impact analysis, change management metrics, and change management rollout/execution plans. Demonstrated experience in customizing the change management approach to suit the Client's environment
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of the change process and how people undergo change
  • Experience with ITAM programs preferred
  • Ability to support multiple projects
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, listening, communication, presentation, organizational and financial skills.
