Role: Organizational Change Management Expert
Duration: 18 months (Part-time)
Location: Remote (USA)

Describe any Specific Requirements
Frequent use of M365 copilot, chat, and agents is a MUST. Creating Copilot agents is not required, but this candidate should be a frequent user of M365 copilot and a thought leader in AI and Agentic AI. This is a PART-TIME T&M position and that has the potential for enough hours to be at or near full-time. This is an OCM position who help adoption of technologies and is NOT a technical role. Prosci Change Management certification is REQUIRED

Role: Organizational Change Management Expert

Minimum Requirements for Role
- The OCM Expert will be responsible for designing and delivering customer solutions for the professional services organization.
- This person has primary responsibility for the technical viability of a customer solution.
- Organizational Change Management Expert with 15+years of experience in consulting and customer-facing OCM adoption projects Prosci Change Management certified M365 copilot and frequent usage is required
- 10+ years' experience Professional experience driving large scale enterprise organizational change
- 7+ years' experience working with C-level executives
- 10+ years' experience leading customer and internal change management reams delivering a change program to support enterprise-level technology migration and transformation programs.
- Experience leading technology adoption programs focused on M365 Copilot, AI and Agentic AI.
Product and Functional Skills
- OCM workstream/team lead for multiple customer-facing projects running concurrently; excel in cross-team collaboration, working with C-level executives, and making necessary adjustments to the OCM workstream plan to achieve desired outcomes; be a self-starter, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
- Frequent use of M365 copilot is a MUST.
