Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. seeks an Associate, Cyber Data Risk & Resilience in

New York, New York

Perform security design of Network Access Control solutions. Conduct proof-of-concept testing of new solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss and design the integration. Create network diagrams and related documentation. Present designs and solutions to wide audience. Create new operational procedures and run books. Identify opportunities to develop tools and automation of managed products. Diagnose and troubleshoot systems, networks, and applications. Collaborate with project managers and members of the enterprise networking, enterprise computing, end-user computing, and tech risk organizations. Position includes option to telecommute from any location within the U.S.

Salary :

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $143,000.00 and $150,000.00 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

Requirements :

Requires a Master's Degree in Digital Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the position offered or two (2) years as a Network Engineer, or related occupation.

Requires two (2) years of experience with: Network Access Control (NAC) technologies, including 802.1x and MAC Authentication Bypass (MAB), and Cisco ISE; NGFW firewall platforms(Fortinet, Palo Alto) running advanced, next-gen firewall features including L7 inspection and Application Intelligence; Automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, bash/shell scripts, integration with third-party vendor APIs); Monitoring and troubleshooting of networking issues, including syslog analysis (via Splunk) and flow analysis (packet captures analysis via Wireshark); Large-scale network security design and documentation, including in the financial industry.
