Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Meet and communicate directly with Agency leadership, including Executive-level management, on a routine basis.
- Collaborate closely with IT leadership to ensure the successful and continuous delivery of all IT products and services.
- Partner with Districts as a primary point of contact for IT management, escalations, and coordination.
- Work with business and Enterprise Architecture teams to identify product lines and develop multi-year business capability roadmaps.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned business partners.
- Coordinate with project managers, service, and operations managers to prioritize requests and manage escalations for assigned Divisions.
- Identify opportunities for new services, service improvements, and technical innovation to meet business needs.
- Oversee the management of business partner expectations related to IT engagement and service/product delivery.
- Manage escalations related to technology procurements, projects, and service delivery requests.
- Identify, advocate for, and communicate customer needs effectively.
- Collaborate with IT teams to manage production operations and strategic direction for systems owned by business partners.
- Ensure continued compliance with organizational policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Bachelor s degree or six (6) or more years of related experience.
- Experience working in Information Technology, including knowledge of SDLC, Agile Methodology, and Technology Procurements (5 years).
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills across all leadership levels (10 years).
- Proven ability to build rapport, establish credibility as a strategic partner, and influence without authority (10 years).
- Skilled in conflict negotiation and resolution with experience handling challenging stakeholders (10 years).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, share ownership, and drive results as part of a team (10 years).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect business strategy to execution (10 years).
- Experience in product line planning, development, and management (10 years).
- Understanding of organizational structures, including Districts and Central Offices, is highly desirable.
