Job Details
We're seeking a IT Project Manager with 8 plus years of hands-on experience leading projects in healthcare technology and software delivery environments. This role requires strong project ownership, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across healthcare technology initiatives.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and client stakeholders.
- Track progress using PM tools such as MS Project or Project Accelerator.
- Ensure all project documentation, change control, and risk logs are maintained accurately.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
- Maintain client satisfaction through proactive updates and transparent delivery practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 plus years of Project Management experience in healthcare technology or software delivery.
- PMP Certification (from a recognized program).
- Strong command of MS Project, Project Accelerator, or similar tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under pressure.
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on results and satisfaction.
