Hybrid - Washington, DC

• Strong project manager who can develop a detailed project plan/schedule, manage the project documentation, coordinate logistics/meetings with key stakeholders, and produce project progress reports and visuals for updates to senior management.


• Looking for someone who can help with project plan, documentation, keeping track of logistics/meeting, general project management and keeping the project on time and under budget, etc


• Experience managing status reports- governance team with senior leaders, will have monthly status report and meetings- want regular status updates for vps


• Strong documentation and tracking skills are an absolute must


• Need a resource with excellent communication skills


• Tools/technologies- ADO, excel, MS Project, Sharepoint


• Need experience coordinating effort to help across groups/teams, migrations etc- lot of moving pieces. Will be working a lot with various teams as to how to set up in existing systems as to how it flows, etc


• Pmp etc is a plus, but not totally mandatory- suspect someone who can do this will likely have some sort of cert etc
