Summary

Job Description:
Provide lab IT support, consulting, validation/compliance services, and troubleshoot multivendor lab instruments & systems. Work closely with business users, lab managers, and vendors to ensure smooth lab operations.
Responsibilities:

Onsite Lab IT support & troubleshooting of instruments/systems.
Validation/Compliance support (IOPQ, documentation).
Requirement gathering & process improvement.
IT consulting & gap analysis based on best practices.
Customer liaison & vendor coordination.
Maintain lab equipment/software inventory & perform preventative maintenance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's in Pharma, Biotech, Biomedical, or Chemical.
2+ years relevant experience (software dev/testing, requirement analysis).
Knowledge of GLP/GMP, 21 CFR (preferred).
Strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
Familiarity with lab workflows, sample management, robotic systems, and industry regulations.
Technical: Windows/Unix, OOP, Agile/Waterfall, MS Office, SharePoint/Visio/Project.
