Description:
* Serve as the primary contact for business users in the financial sector.
* Facilitate the integration of processes into the organization.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to foster strong partnerships.
* Monitor and manage critical system environments for trading operations.
* Address and resolve complex system issues proactively.
* Develop tools and strategies to enhance system efficiency and stability.
* Participate in incident and problem management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first contact for business users regarding risk issues.
* Troubleshoot end-to-end trade flows and data updates.
* Support onboarding of new business lines and workflows.
* Identify and resolve potential problem areas proactively.
* Oversee incident, problem, and event management.
* Manage capacity, performance, and system resiliency.
* Develop in-house tools and manage stakeholder communications.
Qualifications:
* Experience in managing complex trading systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
* Proficient in developing tools to improve efficiency and system stability.
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
