Job Details

Title: Director of IT

Location: Northeastern United States
Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation:
Pay Range: $154000K-$180000K

Description:
Lead and manage the planning and execution of technology programs.
Ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business goals.
Work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Drive continuous improvement in program delivery.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement program goals and strategies.
Plan and manage IT programs from initiation through completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Supervise IT program and project managers.
Prepare and present detailed program reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in IT Program Management, including 5-10 years in management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis and budgeting.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
