ServiceNow Developer (ITSM / ITOM Admin Focus)
 Hybrid | Minneapolis, MN | 3 step interview process (2 video and 1 onsite) 

We're hiring a ServiceNow Developer with admin and platform ownership responsibilities to support ongoing ITSM and ITOM initiatives. This role blends hands-on development with strategic oversight of ServiceNow modules, including Change Management, CMDB, Knowledge Base, and Service Mapping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, and integrations
  • Build and configure Service Catalog items, including custom forms, variables, workflows, and approvals
  • Develop and manage Update Sets to ensure clean and traceable deployments across environments
  • Design and implement automation using Flow Designer, including integration and subflows
  • Customize Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts for advanced platform logic
  • Administer and optimize ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB processes (Familiarity with HRSD is a bonus)
  • Drive platform enhancements, roadmap planning, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Lead CAB meetings, RCA sessions, and knowledge management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and support incident response

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration
  • Proficient with ServiceNow APIs, Flow Designer, JavaScript, Clide API, HTML/CSS,
  • ITSM/ITIL experience (incident, change, asset, or config management)
  • Experience with CMDB, Service Mapping, or Event Management
  • Familiarity with Service Portal, SecOps, GRC, or HRSD
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Agile and roadmap experience preferred

Bonus: ITIL or ServiceNow certifications, experience in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma), or previous exposure to enterprise service environments.
