Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Job Summary:
The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet the business needs of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR processes, talent management, and experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning Management.
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors to align with the organization's HR processes and business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with other SAP modules and external systems for seamless data integration.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across integrated systems.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and HR staff on the use of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.
- Stay current with industry trends, SAP updates, and new features in SuccessFactors.
- Recommend and implement best practices to optimize system performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and talent management.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) is a plus.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.

Experience:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
