CHANDRA TECHNOLOGIES INC is committed to providing some of the most competitive rates in the industry for qualified consultants. For candidates with current or prior experience with the State of Wisconsin experience and all required skills outlined in the job posting, we offer up to 98.5% of the client bill rate on CTC basis, ensuring a very low margin (under $1). Please be advised that client administrative fees will be deducted if applicable. Our payment terms are Net 30, and we guarantee payment within that period of Net 30, regardless of the client's payment status to us.

Location Requirement: Onsite or Remote? Candidates must be CURRENT WI residents. No relocation is allowed. Hybrid, remote work is mostly supported but some onsite for support, training, and conferences.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in software development and a proven ability to independently handle complex technical challenges. This positions plays a crucial role in designing and implementing software solutions, leveraging your expertise to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Independently design, develop, modify, write, and implement software programming applications, including core software infrastructure and essential development tools.
- Problem-Solving: Rely on extensive experience and expert judgment to plan and accomplish complex goals. Perform a variety of complicated tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
- Support and Maintenance: Support and install a wide range of software applications, infrastructure, and development tools.
- Quality Assurance: Lead and participate in the testing process through comprehensive test review, analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software to ensure high quality and reliability.
- Technical Leadership: Act as a technical expert within the team, providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers. You will be expected to independently perform a variety of complicated tasks and contribute to architectural decisions.
Required Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience as a software engineer or in a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and software development methodologies.
- Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and use creativity to solve complex problems. A wide degree of latitude and self-direction is expected.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
