Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst for our Global Service and Support organization that has experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data from a wide variety of sources. The Data Analyst will develop, own and update decision-support tools (reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations) to enable organization leaders to make data-driven decisions. Other job duties will include ad-hoc reporting, data modeling, participating in ongoing projects and programs and other support requested by the business.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with a full suite of analysis tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Snowflake and Salesforce. Additionally, the candidate will have experience distilling complex data into simple visuals. This position will highly leverage your experience in analytics, project management, cross-functional work environment, owning and distributing reports and communicating changes. What you will do

  • Contribute to building out the analytics and business intelligence team
  • Design, maintain, and distribute decision-supporting reports and dashboards
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis of data
  • A key team member within the reporting and analytics team; from requirements to daily operations
  • Conduct performance tuning, process improvement, and automation of analytic solutions
  • Support, maintain, and document
  • A hands-on, individual contributor
  • Listening, translate wants into essential needs, and identify points of leverage and efficiencies
  • This a Boise on-site/remote hybrid role

The skills you bring

Basic Qualifications:
  • Six (6+) years of Data Analysis
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Effective communicator
  • Self-starter and quick to learn
  • Growth mindset: adaptable to change
  • Be a change management leader
  • Hands on experience updating and maintaining SharePoint Sites
  • Deep understanding of data extraction and analysis
  • Experience with analytic applications and data visualization tools such as Tableau, and Power BI
  • Experience with SQL and using SQL based query tools
  • Practical experience creating and implementing data modeling
  • Experience utilizing APIs to make data calls from various data sources
  • Experience with Snowflake
  • Extensive knowledge of version control, documentation and process improvement

Bonus Points:
  • Experience in writing python
  • Experience with GitLab
  • BS degree in Computer Science or MIS
  • Experience with Salesforce and packaged ERP applications
  • Master's Degree

The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
