Role:Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Business Analyst- 100% Remote

Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Business Analyst to lead the configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.

Acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, this role will optimize SCM processes, coordinate stakeholder priorities, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Configuration & Setup

  • Configure core SCM modules such as:
  • Inventory Management: Stock levels, warehouse operations, material transactions
  • Order Management: Capture, pricing, fulfillment
  • Procurement: Requisitions, supplier negotiations, contracts
  • Manufacturing: Discrete/process manufacturing, shop floor execution
  • Planning: Demand, supply, S&OP
  • Product Information Management (PIM)
  • Supply Chain Orchestration: Automation, tracking
  • Logistics: Transportation & trade management
  • Cost Management: Costing, accounting, landed cost
  • Maintenance Cloud: Asset/work order management
  • IoT Intelligent Apps: Real-time monitoring
  • Customize workflows, business rules, and UI components via Oracle Application Composer and Page Composer
  • Configure flexfields, value sets, and support seamless module integration (e.g., Financials, HCM)
  • Development & Integrations

    • Build reports and dashboards using:
    • Oracle BI Publisher
    • OTBI
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and optimize SQL/PL-SQL queries
  • Partner with development teams to deliver PaaS-based solutions for SCM-related customizations
  • Patch Management

    • Evaluate quarterly updates for SCM modules
    • Conduct sandbox regression testing and assess impacts on current configurations
    • Document findings and coordinate patch adoption
    • Collaborate with Oracle Support to resolve patch-related issues

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Lead discovery sessions with procurement, inventory, logistics, planning, and manufacturing teams
    • Identify pain points and improvement opportunities
    • Prioritize change requests based on strategic alignment and business value
    • Present solutions and project timelines to stakeholders

    Continuous Improvement

    • Identify optimization opportunities across automation, advanced reporting, and emerging features
    • Monitor system performance and end-user feedback
    • Drive adoption of innovations like AI-powered planning and IoT-driven logistics tracking
    • Create and maintain documentation (process flows, config guides, training materials)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, or related field
    • 5+ years as a Business Analyst, including 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
    • Strong grasp of supply chain processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, planning, inventory)
    • Expertise in Oracle tools (Application Composer, BI Publisher, OTBI, OIC) and SQL/PL-SQL
    • Skilled in patch assessments, integrations, and stakeholder communication
    • Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM certification is a plus
