- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product backlogs.
- Ensure alignment between business goals, technology capabilities, and customer expectations.
- Use storytelling techniques to:
- Inspire and align cross-functional teams.
- Communicate complex ideas in simple, relatable ways.
- Build a shared understanding of the product vision and customer journey.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Act as a bridge between business, technology teams, and end-users.
- Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and product demos using engaging narratives and visuals.
- Track and report on KPIs to ensure the delivery of measurable business value.
- 10+ years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Owner.
- Expertise in requirement gathering, user story creation, backlog management, and working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
- Proven ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa.
- Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills able to inspire and influence diverse audiences.
- Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
