Job Title: Amazon Connect Developer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Amazon Connect Developer to join our team onsite in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and integrating contact center solutions using Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, and Node.js.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy contact center workflows using Amazon Connect
- Build and maintain Lambda functions for backend integration and automation
- Develop conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex
- Implement business logic and APIs using Node.js
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to contact center performance and integrations
- Ensure best practices for security, reliability, and performance in AWS environments
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, and Amazon Lex
- Proficient in Node.js development and AWS integration
- Experience building cloud-native contact center solutions
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
