• Clerical - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Project Management Knowledge - Advanced knowledge of Project Management methodology;
• Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources;
• Advanced knowledge of interpersonal skills and techniques; Advanced knowledge of Quality Management processes and tools;
• Advanced knowledge of PM principles involved in monitoring project deliverables against scope documents;
• General knowledge of principles and processes for communicating with stakeholders;
• Advanced knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction;
• Project Management - Knowledge of all Project Management Areas (Risk, Communication, Integration, Scope, Time, Quality)
