Knowledge:

- Advanced knowledge of interpersonal skills and techniques; Advanced knowledge of Quality Management processes and tools;
- Advanced knowledge of PM principles involved in monitoring project deliverables against scope documents;
- General knowledge of principles and processes for communicating with stakeholders;
