What You'll Do
As a Sr Software Engineering Leader on our CRM Platform team, you'll lead a dedicated group of Salesforce engineers driving the evolution of our core Salesforce enterprise platform. In this role, you'll define engineering practices, mentor teams, and influence product strategy while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. We're looking for a leader passionate about developing talent, solving complex challenges, and modernizing systems-especially as we work toward having 80% of our workloads in the cloud by 2026. Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

$104400 - $180000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, Charlotte, NC, or Raleigh, NC). Who You Are
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of technical/engineering experience
- Formal people leadership experience
- Understanding and familiarity with common software development patterns and best practices
- Strong influencing, planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required
- Cloud experience/interest - we use AWS
- Salesforce experience
- Experience with DevOps practices (CI, CD, TDD, etc.)
- Apex or Java development background
