Job Details
Telecom Administrator: Responsible for providing day-to-day support for the organization's telecommunication systems, with a focus on Microsoft Teams Phone System and Genesys Cloud. This role serves as the first point of contact for telecom-related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation as needed. The Telecom Administrator works closely with managed service providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams to troubleshoot issues, manage system configurations, and support user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 support for Microsoft Teams Phone and Genesys Cloud systems.
- Respond to and triage telecom service requests and incidents.
- Collaborate with MSPs for escalated support and service restoration.
- Assist in configuration changes, number management, and user provisioning.
- Document support processes and maintain telecom system records.
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting VoIP or CCaaS platforms, preferably MS Teams and/or Genesys Cloud.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
