Job Title: CPQ Telecom Product Owner

Location: Remote

Duration: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the vision and strategy for CPQ products tailored to the telecom industry. Ensure alignment with broader business goals and market needs.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and support to ensure the CPQ platform meets business and customer requirements. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Feature Development and Prioritization: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, focusing on feature development that enhances functionality and user experience. Ensure timely delivery of new features and updates.

Market and Customer Insight: Conduct market research to understand emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product enhancements and new opportunities.

Performance Metrics and Analysis: Monitor and report on product performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements and lifecycle management.

Leadership and Team Guidance: Provide guidance and leadership to the product team, fostering an environment of innovation and high performance. Ensure team alignment with the product vision and business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the telecom industry, specifically with CPQ platforms.

Strong understanding of the telecom sector s requirements and challenges, especially in CPQ processes.

Experience in managing full product lifecycle, from conception through launch and post-launch analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior management and stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on both quantitative and qualitative data.

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
