Job Details

Title: Clinical Contract Administration

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months 

 

Responsibilities:

Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency):

  • Bachelor degree (B.A., B.S.) is required.
  • Paralegal degree from ABA accredited program preferred,
  • Law firm experience is preferred
  • Minimum of 7 (B.A., B.S.) years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry or related fields
  • Experience with contracting in a pharma environment
  • Experience reviewing, redlining and negotiating contracts such as Master Service Agreements, Software as a Service Agreement, Statements of Work, Project Agreements, Order Forms, Amendments, Confidential Disclosure Agreements and Termination Letters
  • Demonstrated high level of competence with computers is essential
  • Extensive experience with MS Office Applications is required
  • Extensive experience using track changes to redline documents
  • Must be able to work and
  • Demonstrate success in developing effective solutions to complex problems is required
  • Demonstrate success in establishing successful working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external key stakeholders
  • Must be a dependable self-starter.
  • Must be capable of working independently on multiple projects with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Must possess excellent organization skills, and be able to operate effectively in a heavily metricized organization, where a demanding workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal interaction skills
  • Must be able to manage significant contract request volume, with cyclical ramp-ups
  • Familiarity with spin-off environment is useful
  • Familiarity with the concept of bifurcation is useful
  • Strong negotiation skills are essential.
