Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Salesforce Principal Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for mentoring teams and delivering high-impact business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and business goals.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, including security, performance, and maintainability.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and incorporate new features into development processes.
• Oversee the development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Support automation of manual testing and contribute to DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and system integrations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to write and maintain technical and procedural documentation.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (a plus)
