Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Architect

Location: Bay Area, CA (Onsite at eBay San Jose office - 3 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Job Summary:

Looking for a seasoned Salesforce Solutions Architect with strong enterprise-level Salesforce experience and a solid development background (no hands-on coding required currently). The role focuses on translating business requirements into technical solutions, guiding developers, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
Provide expert technical guidance and troubleshooting support to developers.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to manage expectations, explain constraints, and suggest viable alternatives.
Participate across the full software development lifecycle requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (design docs, specs, test plans).
Mentor and train junior developers on Salesforce best practices.
Stay updated on Salesforce technology trends and recommend system improvements.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong technical knowledge (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Salesforce APIs).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and data migrations.
Deep understanding of Salesforce security and data models.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and diplomatically.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Salesforce certifications required:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
Experience with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, E-commerce) is a plus.

Additional Notes:

Candidate must provide a valid ID and recent photo for client access.
Commitment required: 3 days/week onsite at San Jose office (Mon, Tue, Thu).
