Job Title: Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst

Job Summary:
The Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst supports inpatient pharmacy workflows including medication ordering, dispensing, verification, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Willow Inpatient pharmacy workflows

  • Build medication records, order sets, and dispensing rules

  • Support barcode medication administration (BCMA)

  • Manage pharmacy inventory and formulary builds

  • Work with pharmacists and clinicians to improve medication safety

  • Troubleshoot medication and dispensing issues

  • Support upgrades and system testing

Required Skills:

  • Epic Willow Inpatient Certification

  • Pharmacy or hospital medication workflow experience

  • Knowledge of medication safety and regulatory standards
