Job Title: Operations and Scheduling BA (Endur)

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid Tuesday to Thursday onsite, Monday and Friday remote)

Duration: 12+ Months

Employment Type: W2

  • Candidate should have experience working with build systems (e.g., OT, end market, OASIS, etc.).
  • Must have hands-on experience, able to drill down and analyze data.
  • Prior experience in power trading within Endur is required.
  • Provide end-to-end operational support for Endur processes, ensuring stability and efficiency.
  • Utilize ISO tools and OT to manage scheduling, nominations, and market communications.
  • Support and configure the ADAPT tool within the Endur environment.
  • Handle build-to-work activities, including system setup, workflow configuration, and operational handovers.
  • Monitor trade lifecycle activities, from trade capture to settlement, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot system and process issues, escalating and resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with front-office, middle-office, back-office, and IT teams to streamline operations.
  • Document operational procedures, workflows, and best practices for continuous improvement.
