Urgent Role
Title: Technical Product Manager - Partner Portal
Location: Santa Clara, CA- Local (2 days onsite)
We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead and manage projects on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technical products from conception to launch, gathering requirements from stakeholders, creating and implementing project plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions, and demonstrate the solution outcomes to stakeholders. This role requires a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Partner Portal application knowledge will be added plus.
Collaborate with outbound product manager on product strategyand roadmap thatsets us up for success as welook to growto $30B+ inrevenue
Develop a deep understanding on partners/channels use cases and success outcomes.
Working with UX Design team, lead prototyping and early ideation of new product features and capabilities.
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
Work directly with engineering team members to build products that solve market challenges and bring high-quality products to life.
Collaborate with a team of talented product managers and help them drive their respective areas.
Assume product ownership and accountability for ensuring partner satisfaction, and adoption of the product.
Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions.
Develop multi-modecommunications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences
Lead the promoting of efforts across different groups of team members, along with the ability to influence inside and outside of your team
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you:
Have a Bachelor s Degree in CS or other technical field.
Have 8+ years of experience in core product management
Have ServiceNow Platform knowledge and experience is preferred
Are expected to be highly data-driven with commitment to drive the engagement towards business outcome and value realization
Should be hands-on, comfortable diving into complex issues and lead from the front with sleeves rolled up.
Are a problem-solver who isn t afraid to get their hands dirty
Are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead with vision, ensuring that solutions not only meet immediate needs but are also scalable and adaptable for future use.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair sessions, host webinars and influence exec leadership
Have experience defining andcapturingfunctional productrequirementsand use cases.
Have ability to serve as a product lead, and coach junior team members.
