What you ll do
- Lead large, cross-functional programs end-to-end (charter, milestones, dependencies, risks, comms) across Product, Eng, Data, and Finance.
- Drive execution with clarity and urgency: translate OKRs into plans, unblock decisions fast, and keep teams shipping.
- Build lightweight operating rigor: program cadences, RAID, metrics/OKRs, stakeholder updates (exec-ready).
- Partner with Finance/Risk/Compliance on initiatives in payments, billing, data quality, and controls (SOX/PCI/KYC/AML exposure is a plus).
- Make it measurable: define success metrics, instrument with SQL/analytics, and report outcomes post-launch.
What you ll bring
- 8+ years in Technical/Program Management shipping complex, multi-team initiatives at speed.
- Strong technical depth: APIs/services, data flows, CI/CD, incident/observability; comfortable reading dashboards and querying data (SQL).
- Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders, surface tradeoffs early, and drive crisp decisions.
- Excellent written/verbal comms clear specs/BRDs, exec updates, and on-point status without noise.
- Tools: Jira/Confluence (or Asana), GitHub/Jenkins familiarity; analytics/observability (Looker/Snowflake/Datadog) a plus.
- Nice-to-haves: payments/finops systems (Stripe, NetSuite), data governance/controls, experience in Finance/Compliance domains.
